You understand and agree to our no refund policy. You also agree not to file a dispute or charge back for your digital purchase or physical products. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Pre-order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 14 business days for all PRE-ORDERS to process. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE shipping. Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-5 business days for US orders.
